Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to invite you to the International Symposium on Applied Geoinformatics (ISAG2022) which is jointly organized by the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, the Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformatics, University of Latvia, Riga, Latvia and Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, Chania, Crete, Greece.
ISAG2019 (www.isag-2019.yildiz.edu.tr) was organized in Istanbul, Turkey between 7-9 November 2019. 290 participants and scientists from 27 countries attended the symposium with 118 oral and 16 poster presentations. ISAG2021 (https://www.isagsymposium.org/isag2021) was organized as a virtual symposium between 2-3 December 2021 hosted by University of Latvia. 231 participants and scientists from 24 countries attended the symposium with 82 oral and 18 poster presentations.
ISAG2022 will take place at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (CIHEAM MAICh), Chania, Crete, Greece (http://confer.maich.gr/) between 12-14 October, 2022 with the aim of promoting the advancements in the field of Geoinformatics. In the event, we will explore the latest scientific and technological developments and opportunities which would help the Geoinformatics community to solve the many real-world challenges of today.
