Requests for an increase in enrollment quotas for the Fall 2026–2027 semester must be submitted using the form below.
To request an increase in enrollment capacity, you must first obtain a password using your school email address via the link below, and then submit your request using your school email address and this new password.
Important Note: You can submit requests until 4:00 PM each day. Requests are reviewed in the afternoon. Please check OBS for the relevant course in the afternoon. You may submit a request only 5 times per semester. REQUESTS SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
